Delivery conditions
Upon delivery of the order, we accept returns (unworn clothes) for 14 days.
To do this, write to us at contact@helloworld-collectivecom and you will receive a prepaid Mondial Relay return slip, for an easy and fast return.
We will refund you upon receipt of the item and confirmation that it has not been worn. Return costs (in mainland France only) are covered but the initial delivery costs are not reimbursed.

Conditions of exchange
You can make your exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Do to this contact us at contact@helloworld-collective.com indicating your order number, the model to be exchanged and the information on the new part. Return costs (in mainland France only) are covered but the initial delivery costs are not reimbursed.
Once your return has been received, you will receive a reduction code for the amount of your order by email, to order again!
Returned and exchanged items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by their labels, in perfect condition for resale (unworn, unwashed, undamaged or soiled).
